Are you looking for a twisted tale based on a true story. well the boy in the striped pyjamas will do it. It is about two boys who have to move out of Berlin because of his dads new job. Bruno is a young boy who comes home one day to his parents packing as if they were going on holiday. However they took more than if they were going on a 2 week holiday. What will happen to Bruno and his older sister Gretel in this dark and twisted story.

This story is one of the best stories that i have ever read if you think that you would like to find a challenge and try a new sort of book then try this 10/10 book!

The Magic Faraway Tree

After the suggestion to do a blog about fantasy books we have decided to do a blog about the magic faraway tree. This book is said to be babyish but we say different. We think that it doesn’t matter what age a book is recommended for we think that you should pick the books that are most suitable for you. The plot of this book is about 4 children who climb a magical tree that is located in the centre of an enchanted wood. Each couple of days a new land comes at the top. Good or bad? They have to be aware of the dangers as well as the miraculous journeys that they could have. If you are looking for something different, unique then why not give it ago. The Magic Faraway Tree!

Truth and lies of Ella Black

This is a fabulous book written by the famous author Emily Barr. In this book, a teenage girl find the truth about her and her twisted past and also her own identity. We would give this a 4 1/2 stars because it is enjoyable and Fun but some parts are hard to understand. We recommend this for age 11+ as it contains un-child-friendly parts that might up set younger aged children. A quote from a reader of this book is “I enjoyed this book because there were a bunch of red herrings ( something that seems like one thing that is in fact something entirely different). This book should get 4 1/2 stars and leaves us on a cliff hanger” We recommend this book and have enjoyed reading this. Comment any books that we should review.
